Nara is a driving force in the rapidly expanding world of independant digital film in NY. A graduate of Columbia's Film MFA program, she has edited several pioneering DV features and documentaries. Behind the camera, Nara is equally adept, delving into a variety of award-winning micro-crew DV documentaries that have taken her down less-traveled paths throughout the world. Despite the demands placed on her by an impressive list of commercial clients, Nara is currently directing a documentary and developing two feature films.
